6. Systematizing the work for the strengthening that the Piece Of Advice Popular, backrest and to back up integrate his steps in the circumscription, as well as informing them and guiding them for the fulfillment of his responsibilities with efficiency and cohesion among delegates.
7. Making perfect the control and financial direction to the entities in the demarcation of the Piece Of Advice Popular, demanding for quality in services, efficiency in production and in control, use and destination of resources put to his disposition.
8. Achieving the Communal Integrated Working Parties's functioning, turning into the diagnosis of the circumscription Work Comunitario Integrado's fundamental tool and the Project Juntos Construyendo the future.
9. Making the development of the process of Accounting perfect, achieving the fulfillment of foreseen objectives.
10. Controlling the system of attention to the population, achieving agility and quality in answers.
11. Incrementing the actions of capacitation to contribute to the efficient fulfillment of functions of the delegates of the Municipal Council.
12. Guaranteeing the care and conservation of the Patrimony Documental of Archivo's System Institucional.
13. Controlling and demanding the attention and tracking to the solution of proposals emanated of the dispatches of voters with delegates and of processes of accountability of the population to the administrative directions.
14. Making the system for the strengthening of socialist legality and the interior order perfect.
15. Making the system of computerization in the Municipal Council of Power Popular perfect.
16. Supervising the public services and the quality of life in Educación, Health, Culture, Sports, Vivienda, Servicios Comunales and Transporte.
17. Demanding the fulfillment of the production schedules that the Balance Nacional, the commercialization and the consumption of foodstuffs guarantee .
18. Supervising the fulfillment of the Plan of Economy and the execution of the State Budget.
19. Demanding the implementation of Desarrollo Local's processes and the projects once the ones belonging to municipal initiatives were included, the production, commercialization and sale of materials of the construction, as well as the process of integral development of the municipality.
20. Demanding the energetic bearers's rational use, the efficiency in the bearers of electric power and fuels, incorporating the sources of renewable energy.
21. Controlling and supervising the correct execution of the presupposed one belonging to the status and the 1 developmental territorial %'s destination, the granting of subsidies and another benefits of the Revolution in terms of civic well-being.
22. Continuing working at the adequate selection and integral preparation of pictures and his stock.
23. Continuing raising the fulfillment and quality in the different indicators that have an effect on preparation for the defense.
24. Continuing strengthening the links of administrations with the delegates of the Municipal Council of Power Popular and the town, rendering a bigger attention to tracking and treatment of proposals for dispatch and accountings.
